Only someone holding the link. The gallery appears in no public listing and is blocked from search engines. Add a PIN and the link alone is no longer enough.

No. Gallery pages carry an explicit no-index instruction, sent both in the page and in the HTTP header. The photographs themselves are not served from a public address but through a link that expires.

No. Without one, anyone with the link can open the gallery — convenient when sharing with family. If the photos warrant another layer, turn the PIN on in the event settings.

Nobody else sees it. Everything guests send arrives hidden and is visible only to you, in your dashboard. Only what you choose to show goes into the gallery, and you can delete the rest.

On the One Event plan, guests upload for 30 days and the gallery stays available for 90 days from the event. Photographers on a subscription set their own expiry per event.

No. The guest link and the gallery link are fixed when the event is created, so printed QR codes and shared links keep working.

The link stops showing photos and a visitor sees a notice that the gallery has expired. Download the ZIP before expiry if you want to keep everything.

No. A guest opens the page from the QR code or link, picks photos and sends. Only the event organiser has an account.

One at a time, or all at once as a ZIP. You get the originals, not the shrunken versions that survive a chat app.

Yes, if you enable it in the event settings. MP4 and MOV are supported.

From the event dashboard, download the QR code on its own as an image, or design a card in the editor — ten templates for different kinds of event — and export it as an A4 PDF or PNG ready to print. On A4 the templates keep the code about 5 cm wide; if you shrink the card for tables, make sure the code stays large enough for a phone to catch.

An event has one QR code, but you can print as many copies as you like and put them everywhere — tables, the entrance, invitations. Separate codes for different parts of the day do not exist yet; afterwards you sort the photos into gallery sections yourself, for example ceremony, dinner, dancing.

250 MB per file for guests by default, adjustable per event. The organiser can upload files up to 1 GB from their own account.

Photos: JPG, PNG, HEIC and HEIF — so whatever an iPhone shoots by default. Video: MP4 and MOV.

There is no limit on the number of photos. What is limited is the total storage your plan carries, and a single event rarely comes close.
